What ages do you accept?
Our 2026 camp welcomes campers ages 2 – 14, organized into three core groups: 2 – 6 yrs (Toddler & Primary), 7 – 9 yrs (Junior Campers), and 10 – 14 yrs (Young Leaders). Teens 15 – 16 can join as Volunteers-in-Training (VIT) and 17+ as Volunteers.
When does camp run?
Camp runs Monday – Friday, May 25 through July 31, 2026 — a 10-week summer journey through the five elements (Panch Tatva). You can choose any combination of weeks. Regular hours are 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with optional extended care 3:00 – 6:00 PM.
How much does it cost?
Tuition is $250 per kid per week. Save 10% when you book multiple weeks. The first week is paid via Procare during registration; additional selected weeks are invoiced separately.
What documents are required?
A completed Procare registration form, copy of birth certificate, current immunization records, and a signed authorization form. Our team will share the full checklist after you start registration.
Can I add more weeks later?
Yes! Once your camper is registered through Procare, additional weeks can be added directly through the Procare portal at any time, subject to availability.
What is provided each day?
A morning snack, fresh vegetarian lunch, and afternoon snack — all prepared in-house. All program materials, art supplies, robotics kits, and outdoor equipment are included.
